With a mild flavor and firm texture, Yellowfin tuna adapts well to numerous applications and is excellent baked, grilled, seared or rare. We offer BOSS Brand Tuna Steaks in 4 oz, 6oz, 8 oz and 10 oz sizes all packed in 10 lb cases. Our loins are available in center cut 6-8 lb and center cut 8-12 lb sizes and are packed in 25 lb or 40 lb cases. We also offer Saku Blocks and Tuna Medallions.
