Colossal - Colossal is the largest whole pieces of firm, sweet white meat that is picked from the two large swimming finds of the crab. Perfect for Crab Meat Cocktails or Saute as a topping for great center of the plate presentation. There are between 60 - 70 pieces per can.
Jumbo Lump - Jumbo Lump is beautiful, whole pieces of firm, succulent white meat picked from the two large muscles connected to the swimming fins of the crab. This product is perfect for high quality crab cakes, cocktail presentations or sautéing. There are between 65 and 100 pieces per can.
Jumbo - Jumbo is smaller whole pieces of Crab Meat that comes from the large muscles of the crab. It is firm, sweet white meat that will give a good visual presence to quality Crab Cakes, soups and dips. There are between 150-200 pieces per can.
Lump - Lump is a blend of medium broken pieces of lump meat and smaller pieces of white body meat. Perfect for dips, crab salad, casseroles and crab cakes.
