Crab Ceviche

Ingredients
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup red, green &/or yellow bell peppers - finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion - finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup fresh corn (can use canned drained)
1 lb can (or 2 - 8 oz cups) BOSS Crab Meat - Lump
1/2 lb (or 1 - 8 oz cup) BOSS Crab Meat - Claw

Directions
Combine all ingredients except BOSS Crab Meat. Once well combined, gently fold in crab meat carefully not to break up the crab meat.

Serve immediately with your favorite Tortilla or Pita Chips. Can be refrigerated before serving as well.
