2 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp wasabi powder
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 - 12-16 oz BOSS Saku Block tuna, sliced thinly sashimi style
Combine all ingredients thoroughly, getting rid of any lumps.
